Karvy Stock Broking has downgraded its rating on Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals from buy to outperformer with a target of Rs 380 in its September 19, 2008 research report. "We expect revenues and earnings to grow at a CAGR of 31.4% and 27% from FY08 to FY10E driven primarily from the high margin CRAMS segment. The stock is currently available at P/E of 18.3x on FY09E diluted EPS of Rs 17.1 and P/E of 13.3x on FY10E diluted EPS of Rs 23.6. We maintain our long term positive outlook on the company and our price target of Rs 380 based on P/E of 16.1x FY10E. We however downgrade our recommendation from 'BUY' to 'Outperformer' on back of 5.4% increase in stock price since our last update," says Karvy Stock Broking's research report.
