Mumbai's suburban business district, the Bandra Kurla Complex is set to get a posh set of apartments, reports CNBC-TV18.

 

The going rate for a duplex apartment is over Rs 15 crore at a whopping Rs 30,000 a square foot.

 

And only those invited can buy a flat here. Ajay Piramal's India Reit Fund has picked up a 35% stake in this venture.
