Technical Analyst, Prakash Gaba:

Nifty (5412): We said 'I would say that 5322 is a very crucial support to deal with and best to trade long as long as 5322 holds'. The market unfolded as expected and consolidated and finally moved up closer towards our target of 5435 and closed in the green.

Technically the market is still up. The target beyond 5435 is 5481 and continues long as long as 5340 holds.

The support for the Nifty is at 5340 and resistance at 5435-5481.
