At 2 pm, the Instanex FII Index was up 0.54% at 315.93 (+0.49% at 1 pm) and the Instanex DII 15 portfolio was up 0.27% (+0.34% at 1 pm). Sensex was up 0.18% (+0.17% at 1 pm) and Nifty was up 0.14% (+0.13% at 1 pm). The other Instanex Ownership Indices were down – the Instanex Promoter 15 portfolio was down 0.20% (+0.07% at 1 pm), the Instanex Retail 15 portfolio was down 0.08% (+0.03% at 1 pm) and the Instanex Top 15 portfolio was down 0.02% (+0.14% at 1 pm). Asian markets were mixed – Jakarta Composite was up 0.49% (-0.06% at 1 pm), SET Composite was down 0.89% (-0.62% at 1 pm) and Straits Times was down 0.95% (-0.89% at 1 pm).
Of the 15 components of the Instanex FII Index seven were up, seven were down and Sun Pharma (weight 1.50%) was unchanged. The main gainers were HDFC (+4.23%; weight 14.04%), SBI (+1.68%; weight 3.97%) and Bharti Airtel (+1.33%; weight 11.40%) and the main losers were Infosys (-1.60%; weight 11.19%) and Reliance (-0.97%; weight 16.30%).
