Instanex FII Index down 0.32%

At 1 pm, the Instanex FII Index was down 0.32% at 325.10 (+0.94% at 12 noon) and the Instanex DII 15 portfolio was up 0.29% (+1.42% at 12 noon). Sensex was down 0.25% (+1.15% at 12 noon) and Nifty was down 0.51% (+1.03% at 12 noon). The other Instanex Ownership Indices were up - the Instanex Top 15 portfolio was up 0.12% (+1.29% at 12 noon), the Instanex Retail 15 portfolio was up 0.07% (+1.06% at 12 noon) and the Instanex Promoter 15 portfolio was up 0.02% (+1.25% at 12 noon). Asian markets were mixed - Hang Seng was up 0.39% (+0.45% at 12 noon), Jakarta Composite was down 0.43% (+0.01% at 12 noon), Shanghai Composite closed 1.91% lower (-2.51% at 12 noon).

Of the 15 components of the Instanex FII Index nine were down and six were up. The main losers were Bharti Airtel (-2.09%; weight 11.38%), SBI (-1.90%; weight 3.59%)  and HUL (-1.73%; weight 2.69%) and the main gainers were Reliance Ind (+1.82%; weight 18.64%)  and ICICI Bank (+1.23%; weight 10.08%).
