At 10 am, the Instanex FII Index was down 0.07% at 314.02 and the Instanex DII 15 portfolio was also down 0.07%. Sensex was down 0.34% and Nifty was down 0.31%. The other Instanex Ownership Indices were also down – the Instanex Promoter 15 portfolio was down 0.26%, the Instanex Retail 15 portfolio was down 0.23% and the Instanex Top 15 portfolio was down 0.12%. Asian markets were down as well – Nikkei 255 was down 1.31%, Straits Times was down 1.00% and SET Composite was down 0.50%.

Of the 15 components of the Instanex FII Index ten were up and five were down. The main gainers were Sun Pharma (+1.23%; weight 1.53%), Bharti Airtel (+0.86%; weight 11.42%) and L&T (+0.79%; weight 4.26%) and the main losers were Infosys (-2.15%; weight 11.20%) and ONGC (-1.79%; weight 4.48%).
