Tata Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 20% (Rs 2 per unit on the face value of Rs 10) in its open-ended equity scheme - Tata Infrastructure Fund.  The investment objective of the scheme is to provide income distribution and / or medium to long term capital gains by investing predominantly in equity / equity related instrument of companies in infrastructure sector.

The record date for the dividend September 14, 2007. All investors registered in the Dividend Plan of the schemes as on September 14, 2007 will receive this dividend. Please note that dividend as decided shall be paid, subject to availability of distributable surplus. Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the schemes would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy (if applicable).

The last dividend declared by the scheme was 20% in March 2007. Over the last one year, Tata Infrastructure Fund has yielded 52.9% as compared to 35% given by its benchmark Sensex as on September 10, 2007.
