Tata Dividend Yield Fund declares 15% dividend

TATA Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 15% (Rs 1.5 on the face value of Rs.10 per unit) in - Tata Dividend Yield Fund. The record date for dividend is July 3, 2009. (Check out - Recent MF Dividends)

All unitholders in Tata Dividend Yield Fund (Dividend Plan) as on the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend. The NAV as on June 29, 2009 under the dividend plan of Tata Dividend Yield Fund was Rs 16.0621.


The last dividend declared by the scheme was 10% in December 2007. Over the last one year, Tata Dividend Yield Fund has yielded 8.1% as compared to 7.13% given by its benchmark BSE Sensex as on June 29, 2009.

Tata Dividend Yield Fund is an open ended equity fund that aims to provide income distribution and / or medium to long term capital gains by investing predominantly in high dividend yield stocks.
