Pramerica MF launches Treasury Advantage Fund

Pramerica Mutual Fund has launched Pramerica Treasury Advantage Fund, an open ended debt scheme aims to provide reasonable returns, commensurate with moderate level of risk and high degree of liquidity, through a portfolio constituted of money market and debt instruments.

Pramerica MF launches Treasury Advantage Fund
Pramerica Mutual Fund has launched a new fund as Pramerica Treasury Advantage Fund, an open ended debt scheme. The investment objective of the scheme is to provide reasonable returns, commensurate with moderate level of risk and high degree of liquidity, through a portfolio constituted of money market and debt instruments.


The New Fund Offer (NFO) is open for subscription from June 01, and closes on June 2, 2011. The scheme re-opens on June 6, 2011. The New Fund Offer price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit.  (View - New Fund Offers open NOW)


The scheme shall offer two options - growth and dividend option. Dividend option will have Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly Options.


The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter.


Entry and exit load charge will be nil.


The fund would invest 65% to 100% of assets in money market securities including government securities, corporate debt and other debt instruments with residual maturity less than or equal to 550 days or have put options within a period not exceeding 550 days. The fund would allocate upto 35% of assets in debt instruments including government securities, corporate debt, and other debt instruments with residual maturity greater than 550 days.


Benchmark Index will be CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.


The scheme will be managed by Mahendra Jajoo.
