Pramerica Mutual Fund has launched Pramerica Credit Opportunities Fund, an open ended debt scheme that aims to generate income by investing in debt /and money market securities across the credit spectrum.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) open for subscription from October 7, to October 21, 2011. The new issue price for the scheme is Rs 1000 per unit. The scheme offers growth and dividend option. Dividend option shall have Payout, Reinvestment and transfer facilities. The minimum investment amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter. The entry load for the scheme will be nil. Exit load of 2% if the units are redeemed / switched out on or before 365 of allotment and nil if the units are redeemed / switched out after 365 of allotment. The scheme will invest 100% of assets in Debt Securities and money market instruments. The Benchmark Index for the scheme will be CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index. The fund manager of the scheme will be Mr. Mahendra Jajoo.
