NAVs end mixed ahead of RBIs credit policy review

Equity funds ended mixed ahead of credit RBI's credit policy review. The advance: decline ratio for the broader indices fund was 42: 35, 28: 21 for Large cap and Small and Mid cap. ELSS and Balanced funds ended flat with the ratio of 22: 22 and 11:11 while Equity Diversified ended with 43:50

The sectoral indices were quite supportive and helped the market to recover. All the sectoral funds registered positive returns with only few losers registered.
 
The lackluster global market led the local market to end flat. The BSE benchmark went up 12.72 points, to close at 16,751.73 while the NSE benchmark fell just 2.35 points to 5,046.25.

In the debt market space, both Long term and Short term fund continue to advanced witnessing very loser in either category.
