Merger of SBI One India Fund with SBI Magnum Equity Fund

SBI Mutal Fund approves the merger of SBI One India Fund with SBI Magnum Equity Fund. The merger will come in to effect on August 10, 2012.

Merger of SBI One India Fund with SBI Magnum Equity Fund
SBI Mutal Fund approves the merger of SBI One India Fund with SBI Magnum Equity Fund. Accordingly, SBI Magnum Equity Fund would be the surviving scheme post merger. However aforesaid merger there would not be any change in the features of the surviving scheme. The merger will come in to effect on August 10, 2012.


Upon merger, it is proposed that the Dividend option of SBI One India Fund will be merged in to the Dividend option of SBI Magnum Equity Fund while the Growth option of SBI One India Fund will be merged into the Growth option of SBI Magnum Equity Fund.


The investors are given an option to exit without paying exit load between July 12, 2012 to August 10, 2012.
