HDFC MF declares dividends in 2 Equity schemes

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced dividends in its two equity schemes. A dividend of 37.5% (Rs 3.75 per unit on a face value of Rs 10), has been declared under HDFC Long Term Advantage Fund and a  dividend of 30% (Rs 3 per unit on a face value of Rs 10), has been declared under HDFC Premier Multi-Cap Fund.

The record date for the dividends is February 11, 2010. All investors registered under the dividend option of the above schemes as on record date will receive this dividend. (Check out - Recent MF Dividends)

HDFC Long Term Advantage Fund is an open ended equity linked savings scheme with a lock in period of 3 year. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation from a portfolio that is invested predominantly in equity & equity related instruments.
 
HDFC Premier Multi-Cap Fund is an open ended growth scheme. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate capital appreciation in the long term through equity investments by investing in a diversified portfolio of Mid Cap & Large Cap 'blue chip' companies.
