Q: Any specific pockets that you have actually identified in terms of regions where you would look to put this money into?

A: We are keen on all the tier I cities, which are already well developed and very attractive. We are also looking at some of the more prominent tier II cities, which we would definitely look at very closely to see if there are any good opportunities out there.

Q: By when will you make your first investment and is there any chance of this fund corpus being increased?

A: We would want to make first investment in the next month or two at the max. And definitely, once we have invested this USD 300 million, we would come back to look at a more dedicated India fund where we would want to raise more money.

Q: Would you be able to tell us if you are talking to any players in the listed or unlisted space?

A: I wish I could, but I would refrain from doing so at this moment of time.
