Mkt to trade +ve with target at 3800: Devesh Kumar

Here are some expert equity calls for the day on how the markets are expected to trade:

Devesh Kumar, Centrum Finance: The market is in a consolidation phase and the downside looks capped as there is a left out feeling among many investors. The market is seen trading with a positive bias with the near-term target for the Nifty at 3800.

Siddharth Bhamre, Angel Broking: The market should consolidate today. We have seen long unwinding in the Nifty Futures and portfolio hedging via selling in Stock Futures. I would not advise fresh shorts and would buy on dips near 3300.
