Nandan Chakraborty, Enam: Lately government bond yields in the advanced economies have fallen rapidly and reflect the structural problems of these economies. It will take a while for these economies to tackle deflationary threats. Hence, another bout of quantitative easing seems imminent that will release a wall of liquidity towards EMs. India remains well poised to benefit from the ensuing liquidity glut. An expected dollar weakening and softer crude prices, may in fact, accelerate momentum into India despite rich valuations.
