Some brokerage houses are betting on the stock. For FY08 and FY09, it is trading at a P/E multiple of around 17-18 times. At current valuations, investors are getting MindTree at around 17 times and the stock has come down below its issue price.
M&M paid Rs 360 per share for acquiring a 63% stake in Punjab Tractors including the open offer, analysts said. The stock is currently trading at around Rs 180, nearly 50% discount to what M&M paid. On a trailing basis FY07, it is trading at around 14-15 times.
When Roman Tarmat came out with an IPO it was subscribed 30 times whereas the QIB portion was subscribed 27.5 times and NIIs were subscribed around 62 times. The issue price was Rs 175 and currently the stock is trading at around Rs 150. It touched around Rs 125 in today's trade and its 52-week high was around Rs 387. That means the stock has come down from Rs 387 to Rs 125 from where it recovered.
iFlex's last open offer was done at Rs 2,100 and today it hit a 52-week low of around Rs 1,240, analysts said. From there, we have seen some recovery in the stock and it is up about 7-8%. In the last quarter, the management has indicated that they will provide support at around Rs 2,100. Also, Oracle holds 83% stake and they have indicated that they can go up to 90%, but will not delist the company. So, these are some stocks that are really interesting on the bourses.
