Nomura has downgraded Godrej Properties to 'reduce' with a lower price target of Rs 630. They believe that the current premium is excessive given its access to valuable group company land in Mumbai and well-regarded management and corporate governance.

Credit Suisse maintains an 'outperform' rating on Idea with the target price increased to Rs 115 from Rs 95. They believe that the highlight of the first quarter earnings was 1% increase in RPMs sequentially which allowed the company to enjoy full benefits of scale expansion on margins.

Houseviews: Buy Suzlon, Sell JSW Steel

Citi has upgraded Suzlon Energy to 'buy' after maintaining 'hold' for two years, as they believe that the company has been credibly repairing and healing at a slow pace. They have raised the target price to Rs 64 from Rs 58. The catalysts for the stock include cash inflows from Hansen stake sale, RE power minority shareholders squeeze out and order inflows

Citi has put a 'buy' on Phoenix Mills with a target of Rs 260. Further stake increase in Bangalore market city, encouraging response to the pre-launch of the 50% area of its residential project in Chennai are some of the triggers for the stock going forward.
