Amit Dalal of Amit Nalin Securities says that the momentum in the market is definitely strong, and this momentum is not likely to subside. However, there will be selling at higher levels according to him.

While he does not see a major correction on the cards for the market, he feels that people should use corrections to buy into the market.

"I always believe that after a huge correction if market takes about five-six months given that all other things remain the same for people to come back with a gusto, they bring back their capital towards midcaps," he says.

He believes that the market will get broader and that midcaps will outperform in the coming quarter. He is bullish on the pharma stocks in the midcap space.

"I think midcaps will perhaps outperform the returns from here on because nobody expects this market to give you on a Sensex level, more than 10% in this quarter and that in itself is saying 15,500, which is not a small number. Therefore the midcaps will definitely give us higher returns in the quarter coming forward," he explains.
