KGN Industries relisted on May 21 after it was suspended from trading in 2001.

 

KGN Industries is a 'Z' group stock that was formerly known as Royal Finance. It is engaged in the business of trading in agro commodities.

 

It was suspended after the stock price shot up to Rs 55,000. It had a low volume of less than 1,000 shares.

 

It relisted on May 21,2008 after June 08, 2001. Promoters hold 49% stake in the company. Four shareholders hold 49.5% stake in the company.

 

Scenario Holdings holds 13.48% in the company. The other shareholders include Convent Fininvest, which holds 14.49% in the company, Victor Fincap holds 11.65% and Standard Leasing and Finance holds 9.89% in the company.

 

KGN Industries' FY08 net profit is at Rs 1.51 crore versus Rs 18 lakh. Sales declined 43% and are at Rs 186.6 crore versus Rs 327 crore while EPS is at Rs 0.68.

 

Q4 FY08 net profit is at Rs 17 lakh versus Rs 1 lakh and sales are at Rs 40 crore versus Rs 52.2 crore.
