Grants Investment has stake in Fame India Ltd , MSK Projects , West Coast and Country Club . A thing that is common in all is that all the above mentioned companies have witnessed block deals during the day. Grants Investment holds 15.05 lakh shares in Fame India Ltd. So it could be that Grants Investment might have sold its 4.33% stake in the company in a block deal that has happened today. 15.74 lakh MSK Projects shares changed hands on NSE at Rs 60/sh. Also, if we look at shareholding pattern of MSK Projects , Grants Investment holds 23.43 lakh shares in the company comprising 10.27% stake.

In another block deal 23.17 lakh West Coast shares changed hands on BSE at Rs 50/sh. 23.17 lakh (4.04% eq) shares change hands of BSE at Rs 50/sh. Lehman Bros Asia hold 4.36% equity in the comany. Grants Investment holds 4.05% equity in the company. Country Club stock is up 5%. Block Deal has driven the stock up. Block deal of nearly 3.8 lakh shares. Grants Investment is likely seller. Grants Investment holds 4 lakh shares in the company. One feels that Grants Investment might be offloading its stake in all these companies.
