Recent acquisition: Recently, the company bought 51% stake in under construction five-star deluxe hotel, Daman Hospitality, for Rs 50 crore. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Hardik Dhebar, Group CFO, Delta Corp said, he expects this acquisition to be a great strategic fit in the entire gaming space. "We are acquiring about 51% stake, by virtue of which we are putting in close to about Rs 100 crore," he adds. Results included sale of Prabhadevi land for Rs 250 crore in the second quarter of FY11. Net sales jumped 184% to Rs 376 crore from Rs 132.5 crore in the same period.
