Real Estate Management Program
Preparing a manager to assume a leadership position, however, can take years of on-the-job training. In response to this need, Harvard Business School (HBS) and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design (GSD), have developed a new Executive Education offering—the Real Estate Management Program: Developing Future Leaders.
To maintain a competitive edge in today's ever-changing real estate industry, organizations must have in place a solid executive development plan for their next-in-line leaders. Preparing a manager to assume a leadership position, however, can take years of on-the-job training. While many managers in the real estate industry possess silos of expertise-in finance, planning, or development-they increasingly require the global perspectives needed to become truly effective leaders.
In response to this need, Harvard Business School (HBS) and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design (GSD), in association with the Real Estate Academic Initiative (REAI) at Harvard University, have developed a new Executive Education offering-the Real Estate Management Program: Developing Future Leaders.
This rigorous program combines exposure to state-of-the-art business management techniques, analysis of current real estate trends, and a study of personal development and leadership skills to create a unique career-building experience.
Participants will gain the knowledge, frameworks, and tools they need to take on greater leadership challenges. The Real Estate Management Program helps position participants to expand their scope of responsibilities and return to their organizations ready to lead.
