IASB Chairman: 'Here to Regain Momentum'
In an exclusive interview to The Firm, Chairman of the International Accounting Standard’s Board, Hans Hoogervorst said that he is in India to recover the lost momentum.
In his two day visit to India, Chairman of the International Accounting Standard's Board - Hans Hoogervorst - met key ministry officials, SEBI and the RBI to gauge India's preparedness for implementation of IFRS. In an exclusive interview to The Firm, Hoogervorst said that he is here to recover the lost momentum and it is in India's interest to move quickly towards IFRS implementation.
