Tanla Solutions floats IPO for expansion
Telcom solutions company, Tanla Solutions, is out with an IPO which closes tomorrow. Gautam Sabharwal, Director of the company spells out what investors could expect from the company going forward.
Telcom solutions company Tanla Solutions is out with an IPO which closes tomorrow. Gautam Sabharwal, Director of the company spells out what investors could expect from the company going forward.
Out of the Rs 420 crore that the company plans to raise via this IPO, Sabharwal says that about Rs 90 crore will go towards new facilities which include a development centre in Hyderabad and a back up centre in Bangalore.
"In addition we are looking at about Rs 4 crore towards overseas marketing offices, Rs 22 crore towards new product development, Rs 38 crore towards working capital and contingencies and the balance towards acquisitions," he adds.
He also informs that the company is looking at domestic as well as international acquisitions.
