Spice Digital, a part of Spice Group owned by BK Modi, is planning to enter capital markets. Spice Group will list Spice Digital this fiscal and dilute 20-22% stake in the company, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting agencies.
The company provides mobile value added services (VAS), including voice, SMS, USSD, WAP & 3G, to network operators and enterprises.
