Punjab & Sind Bank files IPO papers with SEBI: Sources

Government-owned Punjab & Sind Bank has filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), reports CNBC-TV18 quoting NW18.

The company is looking to raise Rs 500 crore through its initial public offering (IPO). SBI Caps, Enam, ICICI Securities are the lead the book runners for the IPO.
