Texmo Pipes witnesses 337 bulk deals on day 1

Texmo Pipes and Products closed at Rs 139, a terrific premium of 54.44% over its issue price of Rs 90 per share on the NSE, after seeing an intraday high of Rs 139.90.

The stock has witnessed 337 bulk deals, including 189 deals on NSE and the balance on BSE.

On the BSE, the stock touched an intraday high of Rs 140.70, before closing at Rs 137.25.

The total traded quantity on day one was at 7.5 crore shares, out of which delivery taken was at 3.6% or 26.8 lakh shares.

None of the qualified institutional investors (QIBs) sold on the first day in the block deal data. Three QIBs allotted 24.8 lakh shares (50% of the issue), including Sparrowindia Diversified Opportunities Fund (sub-account for ARC STONE CAPITAL) allotted 9.7% equity, Cresta Fund (Sub-account of HSZ (HONG KONG) allotted 7.94% and Mavi Investment allotted 4.4% equity.

12835 individuals received 21.18 lakh shares (42% of the issue) in allotment. There was no application from mutual funds.
