Info Edge (India), a provider of online recruitment, matrimonial classifieds and related services in India (through its Web sites naukri.com, jeevansathi.com, etc.), has listed at Rs 520, up over its offer price of Rs 320 per share. On the BSE, at 10:11 am, the share was quoting at Rs 573.50, with volumes of 16,18,165 shares. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 594 and an intraday low of Rs 480. On the NSE, at 10:11 am, the share was quoting at Rs 575.5, with volumes of 33,37,948 shares. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 596 and an intraday low of Rs 451.05. It entered the capital market with an initial public offering, IPO of 53.24 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each through a 100% book building process. The company would use issue proceeds to purchase or lease real estate for their offices, to acquire companies and use alternative delivery models such as messages through mobiles, etc. ICICI Securities and Citigroup Global Markets India were the book running lead managers to the issue.
