Shares of Goenka Diamond and Jewels listed with discount of 8.15% to its issue price of Rs 135 per share on the NSE. It has touched a low of Rs 92.20 in early trade, a fall of 31.7% and was trading at Rs 108.30, down 19.78% from its issue price.
At 9:15 hours IST, it witnessed volume of 29 lakh shares and has seen a turnover of Rs 31 crore. On the BSE, a share was trading at Rs 108.75, after seeing a high of Rs 130 (a opening price as well) and low of Rs 92.35. It witnessed volume of 25 lakh shares. Goenka Diamond entered capital markets with a Rs 145-crore public issue and had set price band of Rs 135-145 per share. The issue, which opened for subscription during March 23-26, was subscribed 1.07 times.
