Roman Tarmat is not a great niche story. We have seen those companies before. The name is interesting but that aside I do not think the business is terribly exciting, said CNBC-TV18's stocks editor, Udayan Mukherjee.

You got a clutch of construction companies listed in the market; this one also is in the construction of roads and highways, no rocket science there.

Is it a large company? - no, they will probably do just above Rs 100 crore in sales this year. So it's in the small company bracket therefore with attendant risk. Is it coming terribly cheap because it's a small company - not quite. Our estimates are in FY07, they will probably go on to do something in the vicinity of Rs 14 odd EPS maybe a rupee more if that's the case they are coming in between 10-12 times maybe 11-13 times current year's earnings FY07 earnings, is that terribly cheap - no. So it will probably get subscribed but I do not see it really blowing the lights on listing or anything like that.

You can probably buy things in the secondary market at similar kind of valuations so I do not think it will be terribly exciting. So this one will probably be a one of those tepid lukewarm stories.
