In the telecom space, MTNL was down 1.79% at USD 1.1 and Tata Comm was up 0.35% at USD 8.7. In the banking space, ICICI Bank was up 0.53% at USD 35.81 and HDFC Bank was up 1.55% at USD 33.36.
