CNBC-TV18's Suresh Venkat sat down with Jesper Hoiland, president of international operations of Novo Nordisk; Dr Shashank Joshi, president of the Indian Academy of Diabetes; Dr SM Sadikot, president-elect of the international diabetes federation, Dr. S Kumar, chief diabetologist at Bombay Hospital and Siddharth N Shah, editor of Journal of Association of Physicians of India to discuss the uphill battle of controlling diabetes in India.
