The market wide rollover was about 63-64% and picked up more than the Nifty. Vijaya Bank was up 4% and added 11 lakh shares in net open interest (OI).

Here is a verbatim transcript of Research Analyst, Anichya Shah's comments on CNBC-TV18. Also watch the accompanying video.
In trade today market wide rollover is at about 63-64% and has picked up more than Nifty as well because you are seeing individual stock futures pick up in the rollover front.
Vijaya Bank is up 4% right now, it is playing some bit of catch up with the big boys in terms of rollovers. It has added 11 lakh shares in net open interest. There are a lot of smaller banks that have seen rollovers pick up currently.
Sterlite Industries from the bigger boys is seeing a good 70% rollover, so it is steadily trudging along and seeing rollovers pick up there.
Telecom has been the big space in terms of rollovers. Reliance Communications where there were a lot of arbitrage opportunities over the past couple of days. Today is seeing some bit of rollover with a marginally longward bias and very strong day on that counter.
NTPC is another big boy that is steadily trudging along and Bharti would be in focus after its bounce back today. Some bit of short positions yesterday, a bit of long build up in trade today.
