FIIs net buy Rs 291.80 cr in equities on July 16

On July 16, 2009, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 291.80 crore in equities. They made gross purchase of Rs 2,618.50 crore and gross sales of Rs 2,326.70 crore.

In the month of July so far, FIIs were net buyers of Rs 5,408.10 crore.

Between January 01, 2009 and June 30, 2009, FIIs remained net buyers to the tune of Rs 25,679.60 crore.
