The Budget maybe all about numbers, but Astro-Numerologist Suniiel Naik tells moneycontrol.com how the very numbers that rule the Policy makers might impact the coming Budget.
Prediction on the economic status of the country for the current year
India 's name vibration comes on a lucky number 3. Jupiter is the ruling planet of Number 3. The year 2007 is a year of Mars. Mars is lucky for India as it is connected with the wealth house of India . India is poised to do well in this year. We are in the 60th year of Independence and thus the numbers 3, 6 or 9 are lucky for India this year. Further, the ruling planet Jupiter is placed in Scorpio (house of Mars) till November 2007 bringing expansion to the Number 9 which is 2007. India is going through the personal year Number 5. Mercury is the ruler of Number 5. A year of noticeable changes in the lives of its natives. Horizons would be expanded and growth is less impeded. This is a year for feeling loose and free, for moving away from customary routines in constructive ways. This is the year of seeking out new directions. In short, this year would be a free-wheeling year that is about to bring major changes to the lives of its people. This is a year of travel for India and communications will excel. People of our country would benefit a lot with travel & communication. Affordable communication would be assesable to the common man. Any major gains/losses coming India 's way economically I am only concerned about the economic scene world wide. This is a year of Mars. It is connected with energy, nuclear energy. Chances of wars and conflicts cannot be ruled out. Come March-May 2007, and you would see most probably the prediction coming true. One country will be attacked by its neighbour and slowly the situation may escalate into a major conflict. Similarly, conflicts in far east cannot be ruled out with natural catastrophes and calamities like Tsunami, Earthquakes or Eruptions. This all would result in retarding economic growth. Well, with regard to India, though it cannot fully isolate itself being a major skills player in the global value chain , impact on India will be bearable and will not upset its economic plans. A prediction for Budget 2007 Salaried people would tend to benefit from this budget due to various expenditure sops. Housing sector would get impetus and loans for personal finance as well as housing will see great offtake. Overall, steel sector, housing sector, food industry, travel industry, electronics, power would tend to benefit from this budget. Wish-list from the Budget Of-course my wish-list would be to get all sorts of concessions and ways to make lives easier for all strata of the society. Let this budget be for the common man so that our great country-men will be too happy and proud about. As told to- Sakshi Sharma
