Govt has 30 mn tonne of wheat stocks: Sharad Pawar
The government has 30 million tonne of wheat at government warehouses against a target of 16.2 million tonne, Farm Minister Sharad Pawar told parliament on Tuesday.
The government has 30 million tonne of wheat at government warehouses against a target of 16.2 million tonne, Farm Minister Sharad Pawar told parliament on Tuesday.
The minister said although the country has sufficient rice stocks to run its various welfare programmes, there might be some shortfall in the open market.
