Pak Foreign Secretary in New Delhi for anti-terror talks

In New Delhi, the two Foreign Secretaries are all set to agree on the contours of the joint anti-terror mechanism - the highlight of the Havana meeting. India is proposing a small group, with two-to-three members, to be headed by an additional secretary.
India's Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon will provide investigative evidence of Pakistan's involvement in the Mumbai serial blasts and the foiled terrorist plot in Mysore.
Also on the table is a detailed dossier of Pakistani links with all major terrorist attacks in India over the past one year.
While Pakistan is expected to follow up on the leads, Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riyaz Mohammad Khan will have Kashmir on his mind. The two Foreign Secretaries are also expected to agree on dates for talks on Sir Creek and Siachen.
Also expected, is new dates for a truck service between Muzaffarabad and Srinagar meant to enhance border trade and a pact on notification in case of nuclear accidents involving a possible fallout in the other country.
