Crude prices slipped amidst forecasts for warmer weather in the US and calls by Kuwait for OPEC to pause before cutting production further.
US crude oil futures were unchanged at below USD 58 a barrel on Friday as improving Nigerian supplies, US economic concerns and healthy oil stocks offset signs that OPEC's output curbs were beginning to bite.
Currently, crude is trading at USD 57.83 per barrel, up 5 cents in after hours access trading on the Nymex.
