IMP Power is in talks with global partners for a strategic tie-up and stake sale. Leading Korean company is in the race for a majority stake in IMP, reports CNBC-TV18's Nimesh Shah quoting sources close to the development.

IMP Power with 10,000 MVA per year capacity says though it is in talks with three to four global players and nothing is finalised yet, it won't exit completely.
