It looks like Emaar Properties and Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy are in for bigger mess.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court had ordered a deeper CBI probe into the alleged massive kickbacks received by the late chief minister YSR Reddys’ son, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The court had also observed irregularities in the business dealings of Emaar Properties with the then Andhra Pradesh government

The CBI has now filed an FIR on the issue of alleged corruption and kickbacks received by Jaganmohan, following the HC's order.

As per CBI, there is prima facie evidence to prove that over 30 companies including Emaar, Ramky , Hetero, Penna and Vanpic have paid kick backs to Jaganmohan in return for official favours.
