IT-BPO export revenue to grow by 11-14% in FY13: Nasscom
National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom) has released its estimates of the IT and BPO industry. According to the report, software and BPO export is likely to grow at 11-14% in FY13.

On the domestic front, software and BPO growth is seen at 13-16% in FY13. However, the report also sends a warning signal that IT-BPO revenue is likely to be low in FY13 as policy environment is seen as uncertain for big players. Adding to the woes is Eurozone crisis posing a bigger threat to the big players.
This fiscal, IT-BPO export revenue is likely to grow by 16.3% at USD 68.7 billion, Nasscom said. IT-BPO domestic revenue growth is seen at USD 918 million jumping 16.7% in FY12.
Domestic software products are likely to post a growth of 13.3% while IT services is seen growing at 17.8% in FY12.
