The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion has been carrying on consultations on multi-brand retail. Sources tell CNBC-TV18 that DIPP has completed the stakeholder consultations on FDI in multi-brand retail. Almost all the stakeholder groups are known to have given their full-fledged support to FDI in multi-brand retail, reports Rituparna Bhuyan.
