TCS acquires 100% stake in Pune based CRL

Tata Consultancy Services has touched an intraday high of Rs 1,278 and an intraday low of Rs 1,264.85. At 10:16 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 1,276.20, up Rs 13.40, or 1.06%.

Tata Consultancy Services has touched an intraday high of Rs 1,278 and an intraday low of Rs 1,264.85. At 10:16 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 1,276.20, up Rs 13.40, or 1.06%.


TCS has acquired 100% stake in Pune based Computational Research Laboratories (CRL) for Rs 188 crore.
 
It was trading with volumes of 15,529 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 68,399 shares, a decrease of -77.30%.
 
In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.46% or Rs 5.85 at Rs 1,262.80.
