India's top engineering and construction firm, Larsen & Toubro , said on Wednesday it had won an order worth 10.13 billion rupees (USD 223 million) from state-run explorer Oil and Natural Gas Corp.
Larsen will build four well platforms off the western India coast at ONGC's Mumbai High fields, it said in a statement.
The stock has touched an intraday high of Rs 1,625.00 and an intraday low of Rs 1,606. At 11:22 am, the share was quoting at Rs 1,624.20, up Rs 26.40, or 1.65%.
It was trading with volumes of 153,997 shares.
Yesterday the share closed up 2.80% or Rs 43.55 at Rs 1,597.80.
