Jhunjhunwala sells 2% in Praj Industries; stock flat

Praj Industries , which announced its third quarter numbers last week, saw a key investor shedding part of his holding in the stock. Ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala sold 36.25 lakh shares, which comprises 2% of his holding in the stock, reports CNBC-TV18.

The share touched an intraday high of Rs 82.65 and an intraday low of Rs 79.50. At 10:43 hrs the share was trading flat at Rs 81.65.
 
It was trading with volumes of 262,385 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 3.83% or Rs 3.25 at Rs 81.65.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 95.45 and 52-week low Rs 61.80 on 25 Jul, 2011 and 11 Feb, 2011, respectively. Currently, it is trading -14.46% below its 52-week high and 32.12% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 1,508.72 crore.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 2.89 per share. (Sep, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 28.25. The latest book value of the company is Rs 30.25 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.7. The dividend yield of the company was 1.54%.
