Fortis Healthcare touched an intraday high of Rs 124 and an intraday low of Rs 118.55. At 11:55 am, the share was quoting at Rs 122.50, up Rs 5.05, or 4.30%.

The company is in talks to acquire Lanka hospital chain, reports Business Standard.
 
It was trading with volumes of 475,956 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 1.63% or Rs 1.95 at Rs 117.45.
