Wipro buys Infocrossing for $ 600mn, stock up 3%

Wipro is the top gainer on the Sensex. At 09:59 am, the share is quoting at Rs 473.00, up Rs 15.15, or 3.31%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 479.80 and an intraday low of Rs 462.

The company has bought Infocrossing for USD 600 mn, paid 13% premium for Nasdaq listed co; Infocrossing has opertating margins of 10-14%.
 
It is trading with volumes of 9,346 shares. Yesterday the share closed down 2.64% or Rs 12.40 at Rs 457.85.
