Welspun Corp up 3% on getting order worth Rs 1,738 cr

Shares of Welspun Corp, the flagship company of Welspun Group, gained as much as 3.2% intraday on Friday after the company has received pipes orders worth Rs 1,738 crore that took its total order book to Rs 9,185 crore.

Shares of Welspun Corp, the flagship company of Welspun Group, gained as much as 3.2% intraday on Friday after the company has received pipes orders worth Rs 1,738 crore that took its total order book to Rs 9,185 crore.
 
At 15:17 hours IST, the share was trading at Rs 121.35, up 0.96%. Even its trading volumes spiked 442% to 1,71,398 equity shares as compared to its 5-day average of 31,635 shares.
 
Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 2,764.12 crore.
