Videocon to place 25% stake in power arm with PE, stk rises

Videocon Industries touched an intraday high of Rs 242.25 and an intraday low of Rs 234.10. At 12:10 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 239.85, up Rs 4.95, or 2.11%.

The company is going to place 25% stake in power arm with PE by April reports CNBC TV18 quoting NewsWire18. The company tied 80% debt needed for 1200 MW Gujrat unit. The 1200 MW Gujrat unit to achieve financial closure in 1 month.
 
It was trading with volumes of 766,929 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 6.34% or Rs 14 at Rs 234.90.
